Mr. Mas brings over twenty years of experience in senior management positions in sales, marketing, and international sales strategies at multinational corporations in the United States, Europe and Latin America.

Mr. Mas is President of Busy Minds Consulting Group, established in Miami FL in 2009 to assist clients in identifying opportunities that arise only in an economic downturn. He is a trusted advisor for developers in United States, Mexico, Europe, and the Dominican Republic. Many of these companies are U.S. public companies involved in the real estate segment.

As International Marketing Director at Fortune International, Mr. Mas coordinated all of the international sales of the company, which included the exclusive sales & marketing of twelve luxury projects is South Florida, Mexico and Dominican Republic.  Since 2003, he generated over $750MM in sales through associations and strategic alliances that he cultivated in the international real estate business. Prior to Fortune International, Mr. Mas was the Executive Vice President of NOR S.A. / UPS in Latin America, where he coordinated the expansion and growth plan for the company’s special products and services throughout Latin America.  Previously, he held positions at United Airlines and at American Express.
Mr . Mas has a B.S. in Business Administration from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa and a specialization in executive high management from ISEDE.
